Let's face it: these are not a health food. They are not a substitute for actual brussel sprouts. But they are just as tasty as fried Cheetos, but not as bad for you. Cruelty free, you can eat a big serving for 140 calories, and satisfies the salty/crunchy craving. Highly recommend.
