For people who have a hard time getting and staying out of bed, this is a great way to give yourself the extra boost you might need. Most people get slightly dehydrated in their sleep. This will rehydrate you, give you a little energy boost, as well as a dose of essential vitamins.
The taste is decent but really the least of my concerns for what I essentially use as a morning dose of low-cal health. It's been a great aid at fighting the gravity of depression that tries to keep you locked into one place. Don't start your day with a load of sugary cereal, carby toast, or unhealthy energy bars. Give your body some stuff it actually needs!

This is the first time we have used this product and it seems to be okay. We have been using a different energy drink. One of the problems with this package is that where it says to tear it to open doesn't necessarily open it the whole way so I have to use scissors
