So, ever since I had two kids, I developed pf. I had flat feet to begin with, but it became excruciating to even walk a few blocks or stand for any length of time. Things improved after I started using insoles for more support as well as losing some weight, but I know right away whenever my insoles start to break down after a number of months in my sneakers. I had been using another highly rated name brand, but at over $30 a pop, and constant replacements in my sneakers, boots, workout shoes, etc., this product showed up on my amazon feed, so I was like, I will give them a try. And they feel great at a fraction of the cost!! So I just ordered two more pairs. The ability to do all regular activities without pain is so very important. These give a firm lift to the arch and are very nicely supportive. There's no cushioning per se, it's not that type of insert. It's to lift up and relieve the pressure on the arches of the foot, so keep that in mind. Also remember to replace inserts regularly because they do break down over time due to the heat and pressure. They are not rock hard but have some lift and spring to them. I'm really choosy and these get high marks from me. Will update the review if they break down faster than my normal brand.

these orthotics are surprisingly comfortable and fit as expected. I wear a ladies size 11 shoe [went up a shoe size after foot surgery a couple of years ago] so need extra support for my flat feet...they are not heavy and fit easily into my tennis shoes. I have specially-made [expensive] orthotics from the podiatrist, which are stiff and heavy and only use in certain shoes/boots, and I needed something more comfortable to wear when walking and playing tennis. So far I am pleased with the fit and comfort plus the price was right compared to some other orthotics I bought from an athletic shoe store. A drawback is that these do not fit well into a narrower toe shoe or boot, but that is not what I had intended to wear them in anyway.

Must say I was very disappointed at first when I received back in Sep'17 but now I am incredibly surprised by the comfort and very satisfied. I specifically purchased to help with plantar fasciitis but when I tried back in Sept. I did not think they were comfortable enough compared to my regular inserts I use for my flat feet. However, I just had a flare up and thought I'd try them again and I'm blown away with the comfort. They provide the exact level of arch support needed to help with the planar fasciitis. They also provide great support for the ball of my feet and heel. With flat feet although I know I should wear arch support but my case is so severe that I cannot tolerate arch supports. I hope to be able to wear every day but not sure if I can tolerate long term but they provide the perfect support during this flare up. I couldn't put any weight on my foot and the Nazaroo inserts allows me to do so. Of course I'm using my knee scooter but I had to walk and stand a good amount when digging out my knee scooter and the inserts made it significantly more comfortable.

Update 1/25/2018, it's been a month later and I'm still loving these inserts. In fact I purchased 2 additional pair last month and wear them every day. 1 pair for my dress shoes, 1 pair for my running shoes, 1 pair in my Clarke slippers big difference!! I will suggest avoiding moving from shoe to shoe as each shoe holds your foot in a different position and if you have callouses on bottom of feet like me, can make inserts uncomfortable over the long term.

Totally AMAZING! I have been given the task of writing the review rather then my wife due to fact these are my insoles. I have always suffered from back pain due to back surgery years ago but continue to work. I work for a large telephone company as a installer which not only makes me work long hours in all kind of conditions, on every type of surface you can imagine but also climbing and standing on ladders for long periods of time. Though we are required to wear boots with foot arch "shanks" this still doesn't resolve back pain and sore feet at the end of the day. In my off time I wasn't even able to wear tennis shoes due to the lack of support. I always considered this is the way my life is going to be due to my surgery so I delt with it. My wife saw the insoles on amazon read the reviews and purchased me a pair to try. WHAT A IMPROVEMENT. They are truly amazing. I come home from work no matter how late it is with zero back pain and No Hurting Feet! I loved them so much I had my wife order 2 more pairs! The only thing I would recommend is order them a size larger I wear a size 11 and she ordered a size 12 we did not have to trim. I promise you after trying everything possible for past 17 years these insoles are the ticket. Living with back pain is not a part of my life I have to live with.

there is no give to these, will make you taller for sure, but support is great.
for instance, they wouldn't work in vans or converse, you foot would slip out, but for athletic shoes they are great. They are so sturdy they make your boots a little tight, so if your boots are loose fitting they will be fine.
