Fast easy access for multiple people

Bought the larger safe size, and glad I did because we found plenty of stuff to fill it. Bought this safe specifically because it did not have a pin code over-ride function.
The biometric lock is working great with multiple people and fingers. Definite improvement over searching for keys, and better security than pin codes. Straight forward if a bit tedious to program using the clear instructions provided. The sensor does not seem to be too picky about exact finger placement, and if it complains usually just lifting and replacing your finger once unlocks the safe.
Took 1-star off because of price, and because one back outside rear corner arrived slightly bent due to shipping damage. This was just the exposed bottom metal sheet corner so it did not impact security, or any functionality. There was no damage to the welds etc. Even at this price would still buy this again, because of this type of fingerprint sensors advantages over other sensor types.

Fantastic Safe, perfect for keeping my pistols away from the littles, yet quickly accessible!

I'd give this safe six stars if I could.
Bought this safe after first getting a GunVault SVB 500 Biometric gun safe and returning it utterly disappointed.
There are many features that I love about this safe. First and foremost, the biometric sensor is fantastic. It's the style that doesn't require you to "swipe" your finger. You just place your finger on it, and it works. It just works, every time. Another feature that I love about this safe is the screen. The screen tells you how much battery life is left each time you open the safe, which is fantastic, as you don't want to find yourself with dead batteries when you're trying to access your safe. Using Energizer Lithium Advanced batteries, I've used this safe essentially daily for months now, and it still reads 99%. One of the biggest gripes of the other gun safes I was reading reviews on was that the battery life was so poor...not with this safe! Lastly, I love the size of this safe. It allows me to fit four pistols in the safe at one time and can easily access any of the four that I want without having to dig around for it. I chose to have all four pistols that I keep in here lay down on the bottom of the safe so I can quickly reach in and grab without having to fumble around with a stand, etc.
Overall, I love this safe. I don't have any gripes about this safe at all...they literally have thought of everything. Great battery life, great sensor, different users can be added, you can change the brightness of the screen, etc etc etc. It is great. Simply put.

Best Biometric Safe-Very, Very Happy

Best biometric safe I've seen! I boiught another fingerprint safe, locally, prior to purchasing this one, and I spent 30 minutes getting it to take a fingerprint, then got it to open with said finger in about 1 out of 20 tries. The Verifi S6000 has an LCD display that walks you through setup-you don't even really need the manual. I read in both index fingers and thumbs within about 5 minutes. Top open the safe, you press a relatively large silver button (to tell the safe you're wanting it to scan a fingerprint) and place your finger on the scan pad, and voila! Your safe is open in about 2 seconds. Have never had it fail! Nor has it allowed entry on anyone's finger not programmed in. It has several factors that add to likeability. You can program in other's for access and there is a log as to when they gained access. Also there is an alert when there is an attempt at unauthorized access. There is also a small LED light that lights up safe interior (somewhat dimly)-enough to localize a weapon, bag or other object. The LCD also goes through a self check and gives you % of battery life remaining, so you know there's no problem with the lock mechanism and that there's lock screenenough battery to open it with fingerprint pass. The safe is constructed with fairly thick-gauge steel-enough to prevent anyone without a blowtorch from getting in, but it is not a fire safe to protect valuable documents, valuable jewelry, etc. This is meant as a quick safe for getting at weapons quickly and, at least at my house, for keeping medications that I want to keep from grandchildren/teens in house but that can be accessed readily several times in a day. Safe is a little pricier than most but is well worth the price! The lock actually works!
Speedy security, satisfying customer support

This safe is excellent for our home security/defense needs. It opens fast and reliably, about 2 seconds. The status of the battery life is indicated during every use. The set-up of authorized users and their fingerprint(s) is a breeze. A log of authorized and unauthorized attempts of use is provided.
All that said, I have encountered a "fingerprint error" after 6 months of service. Now only able to open safe via a key. Query in to the tech support team currently. I will update review as to the resolution of this issue, when complete.
UPDATE: ***** Five stars for customer service! The same day that I sent an e-mail to Zvetco Biometrics tech support, a Saturday, I got a call back. My options under warranty: 1) Ship back (to Orlando FL) for a repair to be made - no cost to me. OR, to avoid being without a safe, 2) Receive a new replacement within 2-3 days and then return the old unit, again no cost to me, just a credit card on file for deposit if I do not return the original. BTW if this error happens outside of warranty (<0.01% of the time, according to the rep. who said a national bank has purchased 10s of thousands of these fingerprint sensors) the repair would cost about $40. Important to note: this unit self-monitored and notified me of the problem BEFORE I needed to get into my safe.

Very well built and finger scan works great

For a small closet or home office safe this is a great product. The setup is easy; the small LCD screen talks you through everything. It only takes about 3 seconds to open it with the finger scan. There are 2 holes in the bottom, and 2 holes in the back (all are 1/4 inch in diameter). There is hardware (4 3/8" lag screws) for attaching it to a floor or wall, although the hardware is pretty light and I don't think having it screwed into sheetrock or plaster would be a very secure solution.
One reader noted that the metal is thin and would be easy to cut into; maybe with a torch, but not with any conventional tools. However, it is a small safe, and a thief could pretty easily take the entire safe if it wasn't secured properly. I think the best way to secure it is through a floor with long lag bolts and several washers on each end. The holes in the back are spaced 10" apart, so you won't be able to attach to 2 studs in the wall if you go that route.
I have 2 recommendations to make this more secure: 1) buy and install some better lag bolts through the floor. 2) if you are concerned about anyone opening or removing the safe, put a motion sensor inside (like the Smartthings motion sensor or similar).
The safe comes with 4 AA batteries, 2 backup keys (for entry via a front door panel just under the fingerprint scanner), mounting hardware, and a small rubber mat for the inside bottom.
