The quality of this hat was better than expected but, as the picture shows, it is actually light orange (not yellow). I thought it would be no problem to spray paint it the color I wanted but this thing absorbs paint like a black hole absorbs light. It was very hard to paint.
I totally expected it to fall apart while I was gluing and pinning all sorts of crap to it but it held up really well. It has 2 clips and an elastic band underneath. I ended up pinning a head band to it. Worked great.
