Well built, nice stitching and lashing loops.
Line is thin but serviceable,tensioners are great.
Have used in a full on downpour when we got 3.25" of rain as a temp shelter on our back porch.
Great customer service had a defect in the first units stitching, sent photos and replacement was sent out immediately.

I got the 12'x10' which has 5 tie outs along each edge plus an extra in the middle along the ridge line. Having more tie-outs than the smaller one gives it more pitch options which is great if you're trying to tailor the shelter to the ground and other obstacles while you're pitching it. It's a quality build and the stakes are similar to msr groundhogs - but probably a little more fragile - haven't bent one yet after 3 trips with it. The tie-outs are dyneema and reflective. I'm very happy with the purchase

This is a beautiful kit. I thought the accessories must have been left out when I first hefted the stuff bag, it was so light and small, but they were there, rolled up in the tarp. Handling the tarp is like handling a soft cloud. It's very compact and lightweight, simple, well made, very together-feeling, and doesn't shout. Easier to pitch than heavier, stiffer tarps. The Dyneema cord is remarkable. Very thin, so takes up a tiny space compared to common camping cords. Its high-vis yellow is intelligent, and if it really doesn't stretch when wet it's a find. I love the small guy line adjusters and the way they're already attached to precut lengths of cord to make setting up poles easy. It was very nice to receive a free accessory kit with longer cord, more stakes, and more adjusters as well.
The stakes held well in hard dirt under unwatered summer grass in the yard, and inserted without bending. They're also lightweight and compact, and attractive. The attached loops of the same Dyneema cord are great for handling, keeping track of the stakes, and retrieving them when taking down. (I also bought Paria's tarp poles, and like them very much.)
