This is one of those products that you use, run out of, stop using, and then a couple of weeks later are left wondering why you feel like crap and realize it's because those vitamins you ran out of must have actually been working.

I am not a doctor or medical professional and can only explain my own personal experience with these vitamins. I will say for those who don't feel the need to read the details below - I now have these on subscription because I never want to run out.

For those who want more details....

I have had asthma since I was 13years old. Honestly - it was probably all of my life and I just went undiagnosed. My asthma is pretty bad - using nebulizer treatments throughout high school, inhaled steroids, the whole thing. I also have horrible allergies that, shocker, make my asthma significantly worse. A year ago I moved to a state that would literally make me sick when I'd visit because of how bad it makes my allergies. My doctor doubled my daily steroid controller meds it was so bad.

These vitamins have helped me to the point of being able to take just my 'regular' controller meds with limited use of my rescue. When I don't take these I find that I am using my rescue inhaler about 2-4x a day rather than once in a while (not daily). For helping to control your symptoms and improve your lung health I highly recommend these.

Where I didn't notice a difference: I got very bad smoke inhalation from being on a trail that got hit by a wild fire and maintained these as part of my daily supplements. Granted I've never had smoke inhalation before so I'm not sure what 'normal' healing time is like - but I don't think these did much to help. I still took longer than what the doctors said would be 'normal' (granted I have a garbage immune system - my body takes forever to heal, it's kind of comical) and months later I still get a little rumble in the bottom of my lungs on exhale while laying down sometimes - though it's getting less and less. I honestly have found that I get more relief from inhaling oregano oil and drinking a tincture recommended by my doctor...but again...I have no control to compare this to. I suppose since it does help me with my asthma it must be doing something to help my lungs regenerate/stay healthy so in theory it would help someone who is healing from smoke damage (be it environmental or self/cigarettes' induced). If you're still on the fence and this describes your situation I'd suggest trying it for 1-2months. Stopping for 2-3 weeks and seeing if you notice a difference.

I have asthma, I smoke cigarettes, and I smoke a ton of weed. So it's safe to say I have breathing problems. Every cough I have to spit up phlegm. Every time. Been using this about a month and I would say I definitely have noticed my phlegm and mucus is looser and feel like I've been coughing it up less. Still there of course but maybe progress. It hasn't helped my breathing problems so much just when I cough every now and then nothing comes up. Which I'm sure deep down is helping. I'll keep taking thru the next month and even signed up for a refill every 2 months so we'll down this whole bottle and I'll update on here how it goes. For the price it's pretty easy to buy just to try if it works for you. It didn't solve it immediately but slowly seems to be doing something so I'll keep taking it until something happens. Has no taste to it and easy to swallow but I've been taking pills forever. The other comments saying they started hurting is because they probably didn't follow the instructions. You HAVE to take it with food. Everyone should know by now if you're taking a pill, especially one that alters something in your body, it's gonna hurt if you don't eat with it. It does sit in your stomach when it releases🤷"â'‚ï¸

It does help somewhat for smokers. I found that it isn't as effective as I had had hoped. I'm now doubling the dose to two capsules a day. Hopefully that will increase the efficacy.

I have had a cough for several years every day I wake up. A pretty bad cough and after I get it out of my system. I'm okay after that. I have found something that has took care of that. I have been taking it for a week now and I feel like a new person. Nothing that I have tried has done nothing. This is made by Dr. Tobias and it's called lung, it has 10 different herbs in a capsule, I couldn't tell you the last time I felt like this. I don't wake up coughing my head off now, mater of fact, I don't hardly cough anymore in the mornings. I started feeling better 5 hours after I took the first dose.

I ordered this off of Amazon a couple of days ago .I had been doing searches for a good lung cleanse..I am a smoker I have been smoking cigarettes for the past 20 something years. And I had a bad cough couldn't really take a good deep breath without pain or discomfort. Really couldn't cough up the phlegm and mucus so when I laid down to go to sleep I would have a bad wheezing and would disruption of sleep.. if I laughed always had a bad cough. I CNT even remember the last time I could actually breath through both nostrils even as a kid.. The day I took this medicine I had a great night sleep I wasn't wheezing or coughing.. in the morning I could actually breathe take in a deep breath with no discomfort or pain. The phlegm and mucus comes up without hacking. I can breath through both nostrils. I sleep very well no coughing no wheezing. This product works great. Of course everyone body is different. It may or may not work for the next person but it's worth the try. .
