I received this item in good condition; exactly as I expected. I am including pictures of the color. I got the orange color. It looked just like I thought it would from the product picture and the material is a fabric like material that I like. It IS small, but I bought it as a step stool for my dog and was aware of the size when I purchased it. She hasn't used it yet because it's airing out (it did come with a small smell - not as bad as some other ottomans, but I decided to air it out for a few days to be safe). I included some pictures of what I received (the water bottle shows the size). It seems sturdy enough to hold my dog and it's easy to disassemble and put back together if you need to move it (or just carrying it since it's so small)

It's a great little ottoman but I should have looked at the dimensions more closely since it is significantly smaller than I was expecting. It won't fit what I was planning on putting in it but I'll find something else that needs stored
