The vest is barely adjustable and does this thing where it flaps against your back. That's pretty annoying. I am pretty petite so not sure if it would be more snug on an average-sized person. However, if you need something on the cheaper side, this vest will do the trick. I think it's the same type of vest they sell/use from the famous BodyRockTV website. I wish k would have just invested money into a Crossfit vest. One with adjustable weighted plates so you are not limited to one size.
Exactly what I wanted

I'll be honest, I have to zip tie it on for HIIT. I'm a 5'3" woman and no one makes a 12lb that fits me. But I don't care - it does exactly what I need it to, once I secure it on. No quality issues or other problems.
Too big for me...

Product appeared to be well made, but it was way too big.
It would not stay put. It shifted around constantly and it could not be made any tighter.
I had to send it back.

I'm 5'0'' and a 34B and it fits perfect. Bounces a bit during a hard run

Great for a harder workout. I'm 5'0'' and a 34B and it fits perfect! Bounces a bit during a hard run, but nothing bothersome. Really amps up my workout. I love this vest. I'm gonna wear it all the time at home.

I ordered one that was already damaged but fixing it wasn't a problem. My problem with this vest is that it fits odd on me. For reference, I'm 5'3, 125 pounds.
