Very nice and well made. The cabinet had a lot of rust on it and the seller offered to take money off for the cabinet, but has not done it yet. Hope they hold to their word. Really like the product. It does exactly what the seller said it will do.

As a paper crafter who makes card kits I was spending a lot of money having my paper cut professionally. I was looking for an alternative and this has worked really well for me. It can be accurate but it requires a bit of tweaking and checking but overall I've been really happy with my purchase. It is very heavy, therefore sturdy, blade is sharp and can cut through A good stack of paper! The more I use it the more I am learning little tricks to make it work even better for my needs. This works very well. It's not currently available on Amazon so these comments might be a moot point. I was intrigued that it arrived all shiny and new, but had a washer and bolt that were very rusted (see picture). It's very sharp, cuts well, does what I want, but the rusty parts make me wonder how long it will last.

This cutter is just what I was looking for. It is very heavy, so I keep it in one place so I don't have to move it. Looks like it is well made, but I would like it even better if the arm that you move for the dimensions were longer. If you don't have it tightened really tight the end will move, which will cause your paper to come out crooked. There is a learning curve with this machine, but it does the job. The trick is to make sure all the cranks are very tight before you cut.

Great machine if you are needing to cut large stacks of paper with pretty close to perfect accuracy. I had it delivered to my residential address with no problem (home office). The delivery service called me to schedule a delivery appointment. It was delivered 1.5 weeks after I ordered it, so not too bad for heavy office equipment like this.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of a few minor things:
1. The base of the inside of the cabinet is too short, so I couldn't screw it down because it would leave a gap on one side. Not a huge deal, but still kind of annoying the manufacturer messed this up. So I just set it in there loose but won't be putting any heavy objects on it bc it isn't secured.
2. The darker gray cabinet door looks kind of tacky because its a different color than the rest of the machine. It would look much more professional with all the same tone gray.

Tip: Search YouTube "electric paper cutter machine" for setup and operating instructions--there are great videos that helped me set it up and start using it quickly and safely. I think they are different "models" in the videos but they are still basically the same machine. The manual that comes with it is garbage.
