Just stopped working

This vtx worked for a while and was great while it was working, I had it protected very well on my quad. There's is no physical damage at all to the video transmitter but it just stopped working, I had it running off of 12v so there's no way it could've burnt up because it accepts up to 24v. I'm pretty disappointed and would like a replacement.

Perfect size & price, unfortunately, mine arrived DOA. The thing turns on & allows you to set it up, but there isn't any image on my fpv goggles.
I 've tried different cameras, different goggles, different mini quads, I've tried 12v direct power/5v power, nothing.
Would I suggest this product? Yes!
EDIT: The company contacted me & offered a replacement. Changed my review to 5 stars!
