Poor quality. pin was crooked and hard to set. Cheap metal. I bought a similar model that is much better quality.

The Rat Trap is great.....I haven't caught anything yet and I like the ease of setting it. I just wish the rats would take a bite. My dog caught one a couple of days ago. :]

This trap is perfect! It is easy to set, has a hair trigger and captures the critter perfectly without harming it! Except for scaring the heck out of it!! We suddenly acquired a family of mice in our garage, and we managed to capture all 13 of them in as many days, and safely released them into the wild!! We are very happy with this trap! The only thing that would make it a little better would be a handle on it, for easier, and cleaner carrying!

I caught a rat! I tried using some sticky pads and the mouse walked all over them unscathed due to his dirty feet. I used this cage next, and caught the rat on my first attempt! This dude has been ruining my office for weeks.

Once you get used to getting it set it works great. A bit of a hair trigger on this, so it takes some finesse to get it set. You can also set it wrong to where it won't trigger.
I got this when something was eating all my cherry tomatoes that were growing in a planter on my deck. There was tomato "shrapnel" everywhere! Within 2 days of setting this trap and bating it with a strawberry and a tomato, I caught the thief.
