Bought as a sophmore in college, used to carry a Macbook Air 13', a paperback textbook, pens, pencils, loads of papers, a binder, and a deodorant stick. The color i bought was light grey and it honestly looked pretty nice, the bag itself without anything was pretty well built and light. The bag itself was very well organized space usage wise they padded the laptop area well and though the bottom of the laptop area wasnt padded it was well protected because of the material used on the bottom, amd since we are speaking about the material and fabric it is semi water proof you cant soak it in water and it wont last in storm or hail type rain, I live in a place where it rains tons believe me but on the other hand the bag is cleanable by hand it doesnt get to dirty but will eventually get some black marks just clean it away. The number one really good thing about this satchel is that the stiching is really good and im talking about the stitches that make up the bag and the main body rope handle hasnt broken down yet (have been using for 7 months) the top handle of the e other hamd starts lossening when the bag is to heavy and used more often. Oh and a reminder from past experience dont have any velcro near the bag it caused the bag to fluff a little which can be easily trimmed if need be but a durable bad compared to a couple others ive had.

i purchased this for my 6th grade son. he doesn't like to go back and forth between his locker so his shoulder bag needed to hold a lot while not being too bulky. the material is really nice and has held up well to 3 months of daily use. there is ample space inside and he likes the compartments while still not having TOO many compartments. i marked it down to 3 stars because of the shoulder strap attachment. it's fine on one side but on the other it all bulks up to one side and makes the bag hang funny. it's also crinkling up the strap there. they could easily fix this with a better piece of hardware so it's too back they skimped on that piece. the hand strap is also not great in that it's only attached to one side. if the bag is loaded and you hold it by the hand strap it hangs funny too. i don't think that can be solved with the flap over design and most people probably wouldn't carry it like that..... but my son does so it affects him. otherwise, super sturdy and attractive bag.

A fantastic bag! I love the looks/style of it, it is very unique.
Everything about it feels and looks really good quality, and it somehow feels lighter than other bags I've had even carrying the same stuff.

For my personal use, this is perfect. I usually carry a 15" laptop, a pretty hefty 20000 mAh battery bank, my NEW 3DS XL(with a bunch of game cartridges), a couple pens, a notepad, a bunch of cables, a couple power adapters, phone/tablet stand, a couple books and other assorted gadgets; and it still has a lot of pockets and space to spare. If this is the kind of stuff you are going to carry around, this bag is perfect.

However you should be aware of is that this bag seems to be designed for people who carry that kind of stuff, it has many small pockets and holders, and even a pocket big enough for a laptop. However this bag is not suitable if you want to use it to carry bigger things, like groceries, clothing, or lots of other personal items. It can carry two 2 litre soda bottles, or a hoddie in the laptop pocket if there's nothing else in there and you don't have a lot of stuff in the other pockets.

The carrying handle on the bag I received originally came off after just a couple weeks of use, however the seller responded very promptly and sent a replacement completely free, they informed me that I originally got an older model and that the new ones have been reinforced, which seems to be true since the replacement has remained in perfect shape for over a month.

Perfect! Was afraid it would look like plastic junk, and it does not. It is plastic but the material is textured and looks fine. Construction seems sturdy! The fabric seems nice both inside and out. Has at least 7 zippered compartments, plus the easy-to-snap front straps will keep all the stuff inside, even if I neglect to zip the compartments closed. Also has a swivel snap ring for keys inside the smaller compartment under the flap. Will take me some time to figure out how to use each of the options, and likely even longer to find stuff I've misplaced :-) I bought this primarily as a "personal carry-on" item for travel, but it will see use in other situations (even though I'm retired).

Appears to be a great value. The computer slip compartment is nicely padded and has a zipper closure. Shoulder strap is wide and the pad is a textured material that might stay better on the shoulder than most. Excellent design and execution. Great purchase decision.

Not only am I super picky when it comes to buying bags, but I put them through the ringer daily. I go to and from work on the train every day, and I fly around the country quite often for work. This bag can take a beating, get wet, get over stuffed and dragged around and it keeps on going. I love the amount of zippers and compartments it has, really makes organizing everything a breeze. I typically used to use the 2 strap backpacks because the shoulder bags were just too uncomfortable for me but this one really distributes the weight well and I have not had any issues with shoulder or back pain. I Would definitely recommend this bag to anyone looking for a solid, reliable bag.
