I got this unit to measure some jewelry items I plan to sell. This calibrated scale is very easy to use, with the instructions also shown under the lid in case you forget how to use it. The calibration weight provided is good to have on hand to ensure your measurements are accurate. I had original spec cards for the jewelry I weighed, and this unit proved to be very accurate in the weight measurements. Small enough to carry with you if needed.

Our pizza and sourdough recipes work best with precise gram measurements. Our small gram scale had to be replaced and this scale worked really well. The dough comes out more consistent when we use gram measurements.

They even include that 100g weight to check the calibration (I used my other scales and it was definitely a 100g).

For the price I may pick up an extra.
