This switch was easy to install and although is mostly works, it seems on the cheep build and not to the quality of the OEM. My auto button stops half way down and does not work like the OEM. But the windows will go up and down if the button is held down.
UPDATE the switch has a short in it and works sometimes. This product lasted about 6 weeks!

This switch will not allow you to roll the window down incrementally. It just jumps to auto down as soon as you pull on it the switch. I did contact the seller and they shipped out another one after jumping through several hoops. Sadly the replacement has the identical problem as the first one. I would suggest going with a different switch. I gave them one extra star because they did send another one after filling out a form and providing a credit card. Not the best return policy but it worked. Oh and the extra start also because the kids are happy to roll down their own windows. They don't care what problems dad's window has.

Installed in a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. I had been dealing with the window lock button not working for years, however, when I rolled all the windows down one day and only 3 of them would go back up, I knew it was time to replace the switch. My wife works at a dealership and I normally get OEM parts, but when I priced the OEM at $150, I decided, to give after market a try. I looked at switches ranging from $21 to $50. I read several reviews on all of them as I am sure you are doing now. So here is the scoop:
The switch arrived, it took me maybe 10 minutes to install, and it works great. Received in one day, in a padded envelope, inside the envelope the switch was in a box and protected. Install was a perfect fit, used all original screws and did not have to modify in any way. The switch is slightly different in feel when pressing the buttons, but not in a negative or positive way, just different.
Now I do recommend if you are replacing this switch that you, A) Either order a bezel too, or B) Take the entire door panel off, so you don't break the tabs on the bezel. I had replaced my bezel a few months ago, so I already was prepared to deal with the tabs. This is the one I ordered and it also was perfect match. (2002-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 Quad Cab Bezel Dark Gray for Master Window Switch Panel Plate 5HZ71XDVAD, 5HZ71XDVAE ) Sold by Red Hound Auto. I was having issues with passengers not being able to roll down their windows, only I could. I replaced the driver side arm control panel and that solved the issue.
