Went into this purchase with skepticism..

However, all of the reviews saying how great these compression sleeves are is just a resounding understatement. Very good support that doesn't loosen up hardly at all in the middle (knee joint section), even with daily use. Washing machine friendly, just don't use hot water and on light settings. Air dry them if you can.
They are surprisingly comfortable for long term use but the in-lined rubber edges will definitely cause some chaffing. No real way to stop that. That said, they're secure and hardly move, even with walking around quite a bit.
Despite being for powerlifting knee support, I can walk around in these and get great support doing it. There was some pinching from material behind the knee (where I tend to get some swelling with my injury) but the material was pliant enough that working it around a bit made it go away entirely.
WORD OF WARNING.. on the sizing, though. If the size chart makes them look small, its because they are that small. The sizing chart is RIGHT ON THE MONEY. If you suspect you might need the Extra Large over the Large, get the Extra Large. I thought it was going to be a bit too big for me but its TIGHT and fits well. If you're overweight to a significant degree like I used to be (350lbs to 240lbs as of the time of purchase), you likely won't get it up around the thighs. Its very tight and secure but that's just the thing. In that case, I'd look for a windowed knee brace with straps, like I used to use.

I've had this ACL tear I did 8 years ago that did get operated on, but obviously is not how my knee used to feel so I've been struggling doing squats or lifting weights because of it. On a whim, I bought these and god they worked literally immediately. I felt like I could do as many squats as I wanted. The compression is so nice, even walking feels easier. I didn't measure my thighs but I have big legs so went with the 2XL and it fit perfect, there's grips on the top inner lining so these stay in place. There is a strong rubber smell, like a sports equipment store, which I personally don't mind at all, but just a warning for anyone who could be sensitive. Overall very satisfied!
Great knee sleeves - size down for extra compression

I'm finally getting around to reviewing these because my Iron Bull knee sleeves finally gave out tonight (padding split down the middle in one sleeve), but that was after 2.5 years of hard use of heavy squats and crossfit workouts. During that time, these knee sleeves worked out great.
I bought the XL sleeves back in Sept 2018 and then the Large sleeves in April 2021. My knee is 16" in circumference so going off of ever knee sleeve chart out there, I fall into the XL range. The XL size does fit and feel comfortable, but if you're getting these to do some heavy squats and want the tighter compression, then size down and it'll make a considerable difference. I still use the XL sleeves but keep them in my gym bag as a backup. In the last 2.5 years, I've probably worn them at least 1-2 times every week with heavy squats (front, back, overhead), and sometimes used them on crossfit workouts and with lunges. I would wash them every time after wearing them. In my opinion, while the $60 price for them was initially expensive, they held up great and did what I needed from them for a good amount of time, and now it's time for another pair.

Not just for weightlifting, even though I wish they were around when I was hitting it hard...I lifted weights all my life and ran about 25 miles per week as well. Consequently, my lower back, hips and knees have seen better days. I bought a pair of these Iron Bull Strength 7mm Knee Sleeves out of desperation for just some upright relief. I was to the point of using a walker to loosen up when I get up in the morning...Then I put a pair of these knee sleeves. Incredibly, I got relief within the first day. I put them on first thing in the morning, and "Voilà "...no more walker...BIG SHOUT OUT FOR IRON BULL MIRACLE SLEEVES!!
They’re great!

I got the Knee Sleeves 7mm (1 Pair) - High Performance Knee Sleeve Support For Weight Lifting, Cross Training & Powerlifting from Iron Bull and they work great! I was scared that the knee sleeves might not fit around my knees right, but after measuring and using Iron Bulls sizing chart I was able to get the perfect size. They fit amazingly and I love them. They keep my knees warm while squatting, and they help me feel stronger in the bottom of the squat. I think they are a great addition to your gym routine.
