Very disappointed and will never buy a Poulan product again

The second time I used this the pull cord went all the way out and would not rewind. Fifty dollar repair bill to fix this . I bought this brand because I expected years of reliable use. Very disappointed and will never buy a Poulan product again.

Recoil starter would not restart the devise.
However Amazon replaced it with a few days.

I received the trimmer on Friday and used it on Saturday and it performed well. I tried to start it on Sunday and a piece of plastic in the start pull start mechanism broke locking up the pull cord. I called their support and was told to take it to an authorized repair facility. There Was unable to talk to a tech and just left it with a clerk and was told I would be called with repair cost if the failure is not under warranty. This is hard to take with a machine that I only got 2 hours of use from.
