I was very disappointed in this battery. I charged it to full capacity overnight and then tried to do some weed trimming. This battery was depleted after only 3-4 minutes of use. I live in an urban setting and my whole back yard is only 11'x30'. This battery was insufficient for chopping weeds in a really tiny chunk of land.

having one of these for a grass trimmer is not enough unless you like cutting for 20 minutes and waiting six hours for the battery to recharge before cutting for another 20 minutes! I understood from the start that I would need an extra lithium-ion battery in order to use a cordless weed trimmer.

This looks and fits just like an authentic Black & Decker battery for less than half the cost. It doesn't hold a charge quite as long as a Black & Decker battery but for the price of one Black & Decker battery you could buy 2 of these. Good deal.
