Good for the money...

These resistance bands are a great buy for the money, but there are definitely better products out there. My workouts and level of fitness are intermediate, and these may be better suited to a beginner. I've used them 4 or 5 times and have found that doubling the heavy and the extra heavy gives me the resistance I'm looking for for squats and bridges and the heavy alone works great for kickbacks, fire hydrants, clam shells, etc. Layer them for best resistance. Over all good purchase, but I'm sure they will wear out over time.

So recently I decided to pick up doing some workout again and I saw someone using these resistance bands online so I decided to give it a try. These bands come with 5 different strength and thickness and I mainly use them for my legs. The quality of these are actually way better than I expected and it also comes with little booklet with different exercise you could do with them. Love that unlike other exercising equipment, these bands doesn't take up any space at all and fit in the little bag perfectly.

I love this set of 5 loops exercise Resistance Bands. The delivery was on time. And the item comes intact. It has five bands in the package and each colored band has a different level of resistance for exercise purposes. It is also really"‹ light and you can literally carry it with you.

Just want to get lower body toned so bought one. 5 packs in. Have 5 different thickness, which means 5 different strength. For me, the green and blue one works well. The black one does not fit me since I don't want my leg looks too strong. The merchant is very kind since there is an exercise guide attached in the stuff. Nice stuff.
