I just changed my method of fuelling for my next marathon. Knowing I needed to carry my fuel I needed a fuel belt that provided fuel and hydration several times throughout the race. This fuel belt is perfect! It provides me with four measured 8 ounce sources that I use while running a marathon. It fits great and rides on my hips where I hardly realize it is there. I use it for training long runs as well. It is well made, easy to clean and the pocket easily fits my iPhone 7. It definitely works for me!

Wore it the first time this morning for a 10 miler in warm humid weather. Decided to try it with the pack on my back to avoid potential chafing on my stomach. But it bounced like crazy. Great hydration running belt - stays in place, doesn't bounce, holds phone. The only thing I would change about this running belt would be the ability to remove some of the bottle holders when not carrying all four.

I have waited to write a review until I had fully tested this belt. I have now used it for three months and am very satisfied. The belt rides well and I really like the capacity. As said in other reviews you can carry 10 oz in each bottle or 40 oz total if you fill the bottles to the top. I have had no problem with leakage and I like the fact that you can drink without having to flip or pull a cap open. My iphone 13 (not mini or pro) will fit in the carry pouch but it's a tad snuck. I don't know if a larger phone would work. I have a 32 in waist and it fits fine although I do have several of inches of belt dangling. I think it could be adjusted down to about 28 inches but I am not sure beyond that. I have tried several other hydration solutions and this is the best yet.
