I have a gaming laptop that wasn't initially meant to be a work laptop but is now a work laptop. A Republic of Gamers ASUS G75V, which has a 17" screen. And it's thicc, unlike all y'alls Macbooks (1" spine). And needless to say, most laptop bags don't handle laptops that big. Being a photographer doesn't make things any easier, either. There weren't any worthy camera bags that I could find that could hold my lenses AND my behemoth laptop. So, I have a bag for each.

Regardless, Coolbell came through. Despite my laptop being big and thicc, she barely fits comfortably. As in-- it fits, and I can tell it's a close call, but it still closes with ease and I never struggle with making it fit. Though, if my laptop were any bigger, I imagine it'd be a pain to zip up.

Before this, I had a laptop shoulder bag that served me well for several years, but the strap broke. Twice. Since it, fortunately, didn't break my laptop, I had to get another one. And going with a new brand is always a tough choice. But the look and design, plus all the positive reviews, convinced me to give it a shot.

When I was first browsing, I remember being really worried about the backpack straps. I'd never heard of this brand before, and I was afraid that it was meant to be a shoulder bag, and that the Backpack idea might've been an afterthought. But if it was, they certainly didn't treat it that way. The backpack straps are super comfortable and sturdy. And as a photographer, I'm constantly putting down and picking the thing up. Since I'm doing Real Estate Photography, I'm constantly hiding it in cupboards and closets while I shoot the home. And no matter what direction/side I put it down, there's a comfortable handle ready to be grabbed in any direction.

My previous bag had a flap and buckles, which I was hesitant to lose in this design because of the extra storage, but how professional this looked helped convince me. It's so sleek, with great color options. And in the end, the storage worked out super well for me. I was able to fit my giant laptop, 2 mousepads, mouse, portable Logitech keyboard (with case-- not a full-sized keyboard), and power supply comfortably with plenty of space to spare. Granted, I'm not carrying all that much, but it works great for me.

This product feels great. I'm a big fan. I'm hoping the durability is as good as it feels. I've only had it for a short while, but it doesn't feel cheaply made. Honestly, as long as it lasts me another year or two, if it happens to break, I'll buy it again. The design is just that good. I love this bag.

It's a pretty good bag. It's not too big to be inconvenient or bulky, not too small to be cluttered or lack storage. Holds laptops of varying sizes and thickness quite well. Large main pocket good for holding books and/or laptops. Many other smaller pockets for holding other things such as pencils and other necessities. Can carry it like a backpack, with which you can hide the shoulder straps if they are in the way or you don't use them, you can carry it like a satchel with a strap that you can store inside the bag if you don't use it, you can carry it by the side like a suitcase if that's your preference using the two handles, or just carry it by the single handle on the short end. Its material is nice and it is quite durable, it looks good too. Probably one of my favorite bag purchases. You can use it to hold things for work, school, or other things so long as they can fit like things for your board games.

I got this because I hate to put files in upright backpacks but need the ergonomics of a backpack. I've used it for work for a year and no issues. I don't wear it for long distances so I can't speak to comfort factor over time but is comfortable for what I need. It's designed well, and I love the unique purple color so that it's easier for me to spot and am less likely to forget. The only downside is the interior storage is kind of useless for small items because there isn't really anything to secure them, but the external pockets make up for it. Feels like they could have used more zippers for the inner storage, but truly a minor complaint. I am also extremely forgetful and have left all the pockets unzipped and nothing major like my laptop or notebooks has fallen out when wearing as a backpack yet, which feels like a miracle.
