Fantastic!

These insoles are Fantastic! The first day I wore them I immediately ordered a 2nd pair! HOWEVER, NOTE: Try them in your shoes/boots BEFORE you trim them! They state Men's size 8-12, but I am a "true" Men's size 10 and they fit perfectly as they came. So don't just start cutting away without trying them in your shoe/boot first. Then enjoy the comfort of the gel and slight support! They are great in boots!
Wow, these are great insoles

Wow, I admit I really had never heard of this company (I just started using insoles and pretty much had just used Dr. you know who) But wow these are great ! Comfortable, great support !!! I am an old guy, had a stroke so walking is pretty important and I just came back from my first walk with these babies, and I just ordered another pair. Can't really afford those $150 shoes, but these make my $70 Asics feel like $150 Asics. Don't think I will be using Dr. you know who anymore.
4 1/2 stars - COULD have been 5 stars - but - - -

Great product - best I've tried.
I'm a Gardener - work a LOT of hours each week on lousy terrain. These are FAR better than the "dr.scholl's" inserts - which are much thinner and don't have the "gel pads" (which are especially helpful for the heels).

But - careful ! The imprinted "size guide-lines" on the underside are a great idea. But I strongly suggest you START by cutting one size LARGER than your SHOE size - put them in your shoes -- THEN trim them down if/as necessary.

The "trim lines" are basically about one HALF-size smaller from the "real life" size !
That said, I just finished my first week using them every day - and my feet are happy campers !
These are DEFINITELY worth the price !

I have felt that my shoes lost a bit of life in them and I talked to a doc about some knee pain. She suggested I pick up a good quality shoe insole. After reading a number of these reviews I was hopeful, but concerned about the fit and sizing.

2 SUGGESTIONS
1. a number of people were complaining about the thickness. A number of people I have talked to in the past didn't realized you have to remove the prior insoles, first. This will cause a number of issues.

2. Remove your current insole and use the prior insoles as a guide to cut the new insoles, don't just cut on the guidelines. Like many things in life, measure twice, cut once. Also oversize them, as you can always cut a bit more off, otherwise you may end up with an insole that is too small and moves around.

I didn't want to review these until I had been wearing them for at least a week. Well my week is up and they fit my feet better than the original insoles. The heel cup has been stabilizing in the shoes and has reduced the knee pain a good bit. I also re-laced the shoes and tightened them. This helped keep my foot well positioned on these inserts.

Overall, if you are having tired feet, or knee pain after a long day of walking or being on your feet, I would suggest giving these a try. They worked out for me!

I like to run and hike and developed planar fasciitis some years back. It took me a long time to recover from it and now I'm mostly pain free and can go hiking and running on a regular basis. I tried using different insoles but the other ones were either too thin or didn't provide enough support for long intense training. I purchased a pair of hiking boots last year with a very thin insole and replaced it with this insole. Since then, the traction on the boots has worn out but these insoles still work fine. I liked them so much I purchase two more... one for my new boots and maybe I'll try them on running sneakers..
