Glad I bought it

I was very unsure of buying this, but it's an amazing food maker for it's price. Been using it since a month, it's great. The steam basket does stain a little but that's obvious right coz it's plastic. I would recommend this product it's a must have!

You can steam and then puree without creating extra dishes. The water tank is not plastic. The jar is not glass. I do not let the food sit in it to cool after pureeing because I'm concerned about additional chemicals leaching into the food. Buy this and the OXO ice trays for homemade baby food that you can make in less than 30 minutes. That includes prep time!

I love this! My son is 5 months old and I have so much making his food with this. It doesn't take long, is super quiet, and it purees everything perfectly. I made a whole bag of apples-worth of applesauce, and already bought pears to use with this this weekend! Can't recommend enough if you are interested in making homemade foods.
