I ordered the large and they fit great now that I wet the thumb holes, dried it over a 'larger' pill bottle( which stretched it out perfectly so now it is not to tight) Also,regarding the 'velco'(it is sewed correctly),you just have to completely pull it from sticking to the stretchy material to release where you think it is sewed! The company should have helped you when you sent them a note about it, not dismissed you! I hope you come back to read this and that it helped you. Have a great life!
