Not quite what I had hoped for

Shipment was days late instead of 2 day prime as offered. Not the products fault.
I bought the system to clean my solar panels without needing to get on the roof. If you work from a ladder be aware that the brush becomes a little heavy and if you have a weak back you probably will probably find that you strain it if you work the unit side to side. The squeegee angel is tot steep enough to do the job well if you are parallel to the panel and is not as useful as I had hoped. I watched all of the videos before I bought. If you can work from the roof or from the ground like you would for doing windows I think your experience will be better than mine. If you tighten the slip joints tight enough to keep them from moving you may find it difficult to loosen them again without tearing the foam handle loose from the tube.
I kept the unit as I will try and get on the roof (when my wife is away) and hope for a better result.
