Not waterproof! I have only used this tarp 3 times. First was a windstorm and it did good. Second was summer camping and it kept a lot of the light out. Third time was a thunder shower and my entire hammock had a puddle in it. I have an eno tarp as well and it is amazing in the rain. You truly get what you pay for in this instance.

This tarp is NOT waterproof. It will keep out a light drizzle but if you are planning to camp in the rain you better keep looking for a better rain fly than this

Just unboxed this item, looks good except it is missing one of the midway webbing attachments. I'd return it but I need it before I could get a replacement. I'll try to update after my outing.
After my initial review, the company was very responsive and shipped me another tarp, used on a second outing and unfortunately this tarp also has issues repelling water, works great for a shade tarp but not something I would use against rain. 2 tarps 2 different outings. neither tarp did well in the rain protecting my gear.
