Not a good product at all. Does not keep foods hot nor warm even with a hot pack inside. The food spills over in all compartments with top snapped onto lunch box. We used it once and never again. I didn't even waste my time with the hassle to return it.

The bowls are much bigger than I expected. I only need one, possibly two per meal. Upon opening the case one clasp was immediately inoperable. It came with two spares, but that didn't exactly inspire confidence. Did not keep food warm/cold for the five hours between when I packed the food and ate it for lunch, but if kept in the fridge everything was safe to eat. Would not recommend.
JUNK - Plastic side closure broke rendering it useless.
