After trying several dinky USB dongles, to no avail, I bought this, and now have a good wi-fi connection to the modem 50 feet away, upstairs, and through 3 walls. Installed easily in the PCIe slot on my 5 yr old Win 10 PC. Nice thick cords to the three prong antenna. Very pleased!
