Looks like I got ripped off

The one that I received doesn't have a slot at all , cant take it on and off the pole. I am forced to keep it due to a party and cant send it back and wait. Looks like I got ripped off.

This holds my 10.5 ft cantilever umbrella in place and secure. I'm in S FL and wind can pick up out of nowhere. I do keep the umbrella down when not in use but either way we feel safe and very satisfied with this base weight. Bought a 100lb bag of play sand from Home Depot for under $5 and I fit it all in the base.

Have 11 foot offsett umbrella- needed to put a large rock on the Rhino tp keep umbrella standing.
