Great for windy situations, but it does take much longer to light up a cigarillo (same diameter as a cigarette). Would take forever on a full size cigar. Never use it around young adults or children. They will hear a very loud high pitch sound that they describe as torture. They actually cringe in a painful way when I have the lighter on. I'm 50 so I cant hear it...works well for me :)
