I purchased these wanting the noodles only with no sauce etc., just noodles. That is exactly what I got! This Was hard to tell by packaging and was unsure when i purchased. I felt this was the most important thing to know.

For westerners, ramen is a fine substitute for spaghetti and other pastas. I use it with garbanzos.

I did NOT read the description. These are PLAIN noodles. I thought I was buying seasoned/flavored ramen noodles 😅
Ok noodles. Used my own spices.

I received the noodles, expecting then to include some spices. My wrong assumption. I should have paid more attention to the amazon description of the product.
The quantity, met my expectations. I received exactely what they advertised, neatly packaged. It also arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
The noodles are a bit harder, gummy like, and take longer to cook, in my opinion. I am use to the most common chinese noodles, sold around
in most American grocery markets.
This been said, I am not from Asian etnicity, nor culinary culture-competent, therefore not the best person to assest this product.
I believe this noodles are good, as I have heard some Asian referring at noodles been "gummy" in texture, as a good quality.
I added some veggies to a vegetarian broth, fresh spices like coriander, garlic, scallion, bit of turmeric, a bit of sriracha sauce, and the noodles. Allowed it to simmer until noodles cooked to my taste, dropped one egg in
I was able to enjoy it!

Not bad. Just plain ramen.

The portion size for this product is about the size of an instant ramen packet.
The cook time is about twice the time.
I bought these to cook and flash cool and dry to then use in nasi goreng and they hit the mark for the recipe which I've cooked several times.
This pack came with a lot of noodles and I'm not sure what to try next. I might try plain old spaghetti. Lol.
