Mist doesn't work due to bad design

The fan worked fine but the mist has issues. There is something wrong with the tube that connects to the water reservoir causing you to have to violently shake the device ever 20 seconds if you want the mist to work. Otherwise the water doesn't drop into the mist tube.
Good for not so scorching weather where theres an outlet ...

Bought to take on trip. Tested it a home, fan worked, the 3rd speed is very powerful. The cold mist felt great. Brought it on my trip, now only the fan works. Had only used it twice before the trip and am too late to return. Would not recommend this item.

A little tricky to gifure out - the green and red are not on/off. One turns off the fan or changes speeds, and the other turns off the steam. It does cool you well, and it very cute. I wish the fan had a little more power, but it's a nice thing to have.
