Works well. I purchased this tray to store an old silverware set in my office. Instead of using plasticware, I purchased a new silverware set for my home and brought in the older set to the office. I purchased this container to keep the cutlery out for anyone to use but also keep it dust free.

- Clear lid allows for people to see what is inside

- Kind of loud to open and close (minor complaint)
- Not easy to actually close (biggest complaint). Generally the lid is left just resting on top because it's not always easy for people to close it properly.

LOVE the idea of this. It's exactly what I was looking for to keep dust and crumbs etc. out of the silverware. It also holds A LOT more than expected. However the lid doesn't snap on properly. It's more of a cover than a snap-on lid, which does nothing to stop my toddler from dumping it any chance he gets. Lol

I leave the lid loose and slid back about a third of an inch for easy access during the day. Just lift and grab.

This cheap flimsy waste of money arrived broken and beyond repair. The black portion of the plastic was damaged in 2 places and little shards of black plastic were all over the box. No amount of glue or tape can fix the massive damage and this is totally unusable. Please save your money and buy something of better quality.
