These are great knives. I purchased a 15 piece block set, and wanted to add more steak knives to the set. They are very well weighted and balanced, plus hold their edge very well. Not being serrated makes them easy to sharpen if needed. I had my set for over a year of daily use before I resharpened. The steak knife set comes with its own wooden box for storage, which provides great protection and matched the wood block that my chef block set came in. Overall, very good set.
