Good quality pads. These are not those little skinny pads you often see. They are nice size and have built in support. They are good quality and I'm using a set to replace the thin, practically worthless pads that were in my swim suit. They also work good for added modesty if you use those wireless comfort bras and would like to replace the triangular pads that come with them.

I have searched high and low for inserts that would not only hold me up but were also comfortable and I finally found them, they turned all my comfortable bras into support bras, these are the best ever.
