The product works, but isn't phenomenal. I got this to put in my dorm room, which was just barely big enough for assembly. The instructions for assembly could be a lot better. I wasn't sure until the very end if I put the part with the Springs (that allow the futon to open/close) on the correct way, because the instructions were very vague. This is my first futon, so this may be typical, but once the mattress is on the frame, it is very difficult to fold back up into the sitting position.

The purchase came on time and was a reasonable price. The only problem was the inserts inside the bottom of the legs (3 out of 4) were smashed.. The things that stop it from scratching your floor. For the price I'm keeping it and I'm overall satisfied with the product.

This frame is very flimsy and it broke after two months of use. The metal bars broke with minimal use! The return period is 30 days for a reason. I really cannot stress the low quality of metal this thing is made out of. It's very thin and prone to failure. I used the recommended mattress and the supports all have broken.

Sturdy futon. Takes a bit of time to put together, but I put it together all by myself, so if I can do it, anyone surely can. It is a little tricky to convert it from being a couch to a bed being on the stiffer side, but I never feel paranoid when I'm leaning back comfortably. I use this futon as a place for my guests to sleep and everyone says it's comfortable.
