Appear to used! Scratches and lip and finger prints!

Can't even bring myself to give a single star. But I have to since that is the lowest rating. I just received my package and opened it. I was so excited as these our for our special day coming up. Too bad they appear to be used. The is a very clear lip and set of finger prints on the glass. So clear that I can even imitate how it was held and used by matching up my own fingers and lip to the glass and it is EXACTLY how one would hold and drink from it. So when returning an item, WASH IT both inside and out. Even worse, don't package it up and sell it again. This is not acceptable at all.

I loved it, they were perfect. The knife was/is really sharp, I accidently cut my finger with it trying to clean it lol they were beautiful.
