They come in two pair packs. One pair is higher than the other. I find this convenient as my running shoes are deeper and can take the higher pair and my other shoes do better with the thinner pair. I find that they do not stick to the inside of the fabric liner in the running shoes. I just re - place them before putting them on. They stay in place while I'm wearing them. They can be used for extra height on either side of the foot, so they help over-pronators as well as over-supinators. They help keep me from walking on the outside edges of my feet and make the shoes last longer.

For years I have struggled with spraining my ankle 1-2 times a year. With excellent balance it was determined my tendons had stretched and were unstable. The last time it was so bad I thought for sure I had broken my ankle, and the dr recommended surgery for my over stretched, weakened tendons. Looking at the heel of my shoes it is easy to see I supinate, or walk more on the outside of my foot. I decided to try the heel inserts as a last resorts, which by the way can be used for over pronators also just by switching which shoe it is used for. Ordering a few different types I found these to be terrific! The adhesive is strong but still can be adjusted or put into other shoes. The lift is comfortable and incredibly effective. I've ordered this product 4-5 times now and highly recommend this problem solving insert. They've been a life changer!
