Failed in less than 1 hour of use

I do not recommend this product. I used it with my 4200psi pressure washer. The brass quick disconnect fitting on the product failed in less than one hour of use. The fitting hammered inside the female quick disconnect and the resulting mushrooming of the brass made it impossible to disconnect. I had to destroy the male fitting and disassemble the female coupling to remove the product from my pressure washer wand. I contacted customer support and all they could do was send me replacement fittings that were made from the same brass. Their advice was to check the fitting often and replace as necessary. They referred me to Parker fittings to obtain a stainless steel fitting at my expense. The cost with shipping was over $60 for the parts. This is a totally unacceptable outcome. It is a shame that the engineering on this fitting is inadequate because the product otherwise works great.
