I give the water cooler a 3 Star, and the extra one Star because the customer service was great.
When I received this water cooler I was surprised how small and light it was. After reading the instructions, we got the cooler and hot water on (just 2 switches in the back. There is tape covering them so it doesnt accidentally get flipped on). In less than a few minutes the water was already getting cold. The hot water was (it was on for about 30 min so i dont know how long it takes to get hot) hot enough for some top ramen or cup of noodle soup. The knobs for the water seemed a little flimsy, but it worked.
The water dispenser I got unfortunately leaked. It leaked about a pint in 6 hours. I know I just got a defective one, as all the other reviews people got a good one. I looked in the back through the gills with a flashlight, and seen no liquid by the water fittings or hoses. I seen wet residue at the very top of the unit. I contacted Giantex and I got a refund. Im just gonna save up for a different one.
