After years of lifting and flipping heavy bottles into my basic watercooler, l am happy to say those days are over. With this lovely Avalon cooler, all l need to do is screw on the cap, slide it in and close the door. There is a cool, cold and hot water setting. It is a very well made and an attractive stainless steel, and it even has a night light on it so you can easily find a cool drink in the dark! I am only sorry l waited so long to replace my old one! I highly recommend this product!

The dispenser came sooner then expected. I keep having trouble with water dispensers crapping out on me after about a year so we will see. I did get the warranty so hopefully I won't have to buy another anytime soon. Works perfect hot is hot enough that I don't have to boil water to make a cup of tea. Cold is cold. Cool is a bit cooler then room temp but shouldn't bother anyone with cold sensitivity in the teeth. So far so good

This water dispenser is the perfect size for our kitchen and the black and stainless steel match the rest of our appliances. It's very quiet, I only hear it when it's in use or right after. There are switches on the back to turn on and off the cold and hot water in case you don't want both. There is also a switch for the nightlight. All 3 Water Temps are great and there is a safety feature so the hot cannot be easily accessed by our 3 year old. It's easy to load the bottles into the bottom and being able to hide the bottles makes it a esthetically pleasing also. Overall, very happy with this water dispenser amd would recommend to anyone looking for one!

Easy to install and use. Changing the water bottles is easy. We have a cistern and use bottle water for cooking and drinking. The hot water feature is great and is hot enough to use for hot tea right out of the machine.
