This is a truly red hooded cloak! Purchased for my daughter for a musical theatre performance. She is about 5"2 and it comes right around her knees so it was a perfect length for what she needed. The cloak is made of a thin velvet. The only flaw is the tie which is kinda flimsy. She worried about it breaking. Otherwise great piece to add to her performance costume collection.
