These are easy to ingest. Took them for a few weeks along with a vitamin C. There wasn't an immediate difference. I definitely felt more energized by around the third week.

I am definitely seeing lots of improvements as well as feeling like I am going backwards in some respects. That's okay. I expect some things to get worse before they get better. I did add the Bone Marrow, Liver and Spleen. I have also added Brain, Thyroid, Thymus and Collagen. I gotta go all in. Overall I feel so much stronger and I don't feel like I have been beaten up after working out that requires several hours of rest to recover my energy. I am sure this is due to in large part to the benefits of getting liver. I noticed many of the supplements come with liver. So crazy that I want to exercise but it zapped all my strength so I would restrict exercise to the evening hours so I could rest. Really I dreaded knowing that I was dragging myself to exercise because I felt too beat up afterwards. I don't do anything dramatic; about 30 minutes of strength training using weights and about 20 minutes on a rebounder every other day. I don't feel beat up and tired anymore. I have noticed too that I feel strong while I am strength training. This feeling is new. I have never felt strong before.

My skin and nails look healthy for the first time in decades. I would look at them and feel like something just wasn't right but couldn't understand what more I could do. My skin and nails have that healthy glow I had always read about. I used to buff my nails but the shine from buffing would disappear by the end of the day. My nails look like I have been buffing them but I haven't. They have a natural shine that comes from within. My skin just looks alive instead of scaly, pasty and half dead. I look in the mirror and I look healthy. I don't know how else to describe it. My hair is no longer dry like straw, with splitting and breaking off at the ends. I was really surprised at how fast the changes to my hair and nails came. I think my hair might actually grow beyond my shoulders now. It seems like the terminal length of my hair has decreased so much as the years have gone on by. Time will tell but I hope I can grow it long again.

The most dramatic reaction I have noticed to taking anything is with two capsules of Lung after it arrived on Friday. I noticed after about an hour and half how more open and easier breathing felt. Later that evening I took two more capsules without thinking much about it. I think I under estimated how much energy I had and was awake until about 3:00 am. I can live with that as a side effect. I just laughed when I realized what had happened.

I have been opening the capsules and adding them to my cat's food. I have had her on a species appropriate raw food diet for about five years now. Getting more organ meat has made her fur even softer and she looks leaner. She feels stronger to me when I pick her up.

Bone Marrow satisfied my ravenous cravings. It filled the empty places and soothed my muscles and bones. I can rest. I feel comfortable! My teeth stopped throbbing. I no longer need to clench my jaw and suck hard on my tongue. I can chew down anywhere in my mouth. The deep, rotten caverns began filling with shiney, white tooth material from the inside out. Soon all that will be left of the deep decay will be a stain on the new, solid enamel- just a shadow of the pain. Maybe even that will go away!
Spleen filled me with strength. My breath brings oxygen all over my body. Breathing is easy and light- no longer laborious. My blood is deep red, supplying the strength my muscles need to exercise and work. My immune system is vigorous and fights off sicknesses that I am exposed to.
Brain cleared the fog away from my thoughts. I can plan and organize and teach. It fuels hormonal productions. Hormones can ebb and flow without deficiency or tension.
I'm not sure where to credit my vision. The light that fell on my eyes could not transmit it's information to my mind. A weak connection has been plugged in again. I enjoy the easy flow of light and color. I see the details.
In Genesis 9 God says, "Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs." Eating meat as well as vegetables is vital to survive the fallen environment. Taking the popular bits and throwing away the rest is silly and self-condemning. Trying to disect the components (and even simulate them) and consume them separately is folly. It can never support our lives fully. There are elements, ratios, energies present that we have not discovered nor understood yet. Food, in it's God-given, natural form is our life-blood. We must relearn to cultivate it this way and eat!

My husband has been having health issues and our dr ordered blood work. His hemoglobin came back below the normal range by several points. His color was very sallow and he had no energy and felt very fatigued all the time. Everything he did was pushing himself and he was always cold. (Which my husband was always a hot box). We have more test that are suppose to be done but while we wait the dr said to work on building his iron through food. I stumbled across these supplements and as I was reading about them I thought what better way to get the iron he needs into his diet. These supplements are food. So at first I ordered the beef liver but then started reading about others and saw that the Spleen supplement had 5x the iron. So I ordered that one and the fish eggs because his vitamin D was low also.
We can't do another blood test until April 29, 2021 to verify that it is working, BUT, we know that it is. His color is back to normal, his energy is almost fully back. He no longer is sleeping every chance he gets, and his hands and feet get warm/hot after he takes them. He is no longer freezing all the time.

I contacted Brian to ask some questions about other issues and he gave me some suggestions. I really appreciate the feed back and the fact that Brian has been checking in to see how things are going. I have to say that we love these supplements. We have added the Trachea cartilage and we are also adding the Brain and Lung supplements. We have replaced most everything else with these supplements. The Beef liver that I replaced with the Spleen didn't go to waste because my son and I started taking those and the fish eggs also. The more I read about each of the supplements, the more I want to try out.
I'll give an update to this review as soon as we get updated blood tests in April. So far though, we feel like they are working and we are seeing improvements. My husband also has spots of eczema on his eyes and head and neck. That are getting better also. The itching and patches are going away. I'm sure that is due to the fish eggs. He has tried everything for that!! So to be getting relief for that is also a bonus.
