I received this unit yesterday and tried it out today at work. I had a TKR 6 months ago and my knee is still hurting. when I first put it on I though this is great but one of the pads seemed like it was not working. I took the united off and wanted to test it with my finger. Come to find out you have to have skin on all 4 pads to it to work. What I found was this, you need to make sure there is plenty of water on your skink. So if you don't or have a dry spot it will not seem to be working. Make sure to put plenty of water on your skin. I also put it on my knee backwards so I could stop the pain in behind my knee. it work really well. I have three TENS units all work really well, I think that this works great on the knee and kind of gives you the idea of how far apart you need to put the pads on the other units if you have one.

Used this for a bad knee. Got a torn meniscus on the back of my knee so I find it hard to bend my leg. I'm constantly in pain and trying to find anything to help. This works well. I like the different settings- there's a lot! It's adjustable and turns off on its own after 30min.

So far it works great! Got gel for the contact pads in stead of just using water. I have other Tens but the pads have their own gel . I just use water on them. Battery wise I will use Rechargeable batteries for this unit. That's the only drawback so far. But can use the elbow knee cuff on other units .

I have been using this product to heal my knee and elbow. The electric current is very tangible and can get quite intense. Very easy to use, intuitive and effective. Will update the review in a month of so regarding the healing effect on my tendons. To be continued.
Update: after 2 weeks of use the device dramatically expedites tendon healing. I am very surprised. The pain is gone 70% and healing that would take weeks is expedited to just days. A must have for anyone training and experiencing tendon injuries.
