This is very thick compared to a traditional English muffin. It toasts up very well and has a great flavor. I do not recommed eating it without toasting. It's very dry and has a rubbery texture. All things that I have come to expect from GF products. It is well worth the money and all of the family enjoys it (even though I'm the only one who has to eat GF)

Love this product. Unfortunatly they are either hard to find or they are extreemly expensive. 7/2022. I dont understand why, since they are so delicious. I have been eating them for years and now I cant seem to find them anymore for a reasonable price. I have been waiting for the spring to restock my freezer with them.

These came well packaged, with dry ice and secure packaging to prevent any issues. The English muffins are quite large, so sometimes the pre cut area is a bit high or low and you will have to trim it down so it will fit in your toaster. The texture is different than I was expecting, almost like a gluten free bread roll. However, they were quite good with a slight sweet taste and we all enjoyed the product. These prices are in-line with comparable gluten free products at my local grocery store and I plan to purchase these again.
