Works really well, just think it would have been nice to pack some instructions with it. There was a rubber strip and kind of confusing how it goes. I guessed and think I got it right. That is why only four stars.
Not Secure Enough for the Rexing V1 or V1P

Bought this as it claimed to fit the Rexing V1 dash cam mount slot. It technically does fit, but it's super loose. I can tap my V1P and it just pops off the mount - I have absolutely no faith that it would stay secure during a collision. I plan on returning it and getting this mount instead to see if it fits the V1P any better: Dash Cam Mirror Mount - Fits Falcon F170HD,Rexing V1, Z-Edge, Old Shark, YI, Amebay,KDLINKS X1,VANTRUE and Most Other Dash Cameras. However, the actual mirror mounting components work really well.

If you are tired of your suction cup mount falling off during the hot summer days then this mount is the one to get.
This also has the ability to adjust the cam position better than others that do not have the addition ball mount in between camera and mount. This allows you to move the camera up and forward more to hide it more behind the rear view mirror.

The cam mount arrived in a zip lock bag without any written instructions, however it should not be very difficult to find out how to assembly the mount. After trying all of the mounting balls I could not find one to find an HP dash cam. The width of the t-slot is narrow on the HP dash cam. The width of T on the two possible ball mounts was a millimeter or two too wide.

there are enough connector options to fit almost all other Dash Cam Mount. I had to modify a small portion by plying down a small part to make it fit the outside. However, the important part of insert is fit perfectly (this is the important part to hold the Dash Cam in place so all are good.
