I like how thin they are which will allow me to get through the book before it gets worn out from being in my pocket. I also like how the cover folds over so you can write rather than being spiral bound. When using a spiral bound notebook in your back pocket, the metal coil gets crushed and make it very difficult to flip through the pages.

I like the compact pocket size, and the that it has NO spiral wire binding to add bulk. These are small enough in total pages that I don't think I would need to tear any pages out (which looks difficult), but I would just move on to the next notebook when I fill one up.
