I have only used the wax that came included in this kit so far, but it works great. I put the heat up to between 160 and 180, and the wax melts without getting hot enough to burn.
When you spread this wax on, spread it kind of thick, especially at the end you plan to pull up from! I only let the wax sit on my skin under the surface is no longer sticky. Then get ready to pull quick! I do have some fine hairs that did not get removed, but I had the same exact results from professional waxings, so I wold say this heater and the included wax are comparable to professional.

I was using gigi wax heater from last couple of years, it was ok but i throw that away when i planned to move to a new state. I am glad i decided to give this one a try. Trust me, this one is 100times better than gigi. It doesnt cool off so quickly or too slow, its appropriate. Inside wax container has an additional place to drop off the extra wax from the stick and that make it so practical to use. Now I dont create a mess like before

Not very pleased with this item at all. Plugged it in and 20 mins later the thing is over heating. I had the heat all the way down. Plugged in correctly and did everything right. I didn't even get to try the wax... it got so hot that the knob would not work. I could not turn it off. I had to just unplug it... the company was great though. I did not like it sent it back and got my money back the same day :) so there is that...

You have to wax in small sections because if you try and do a large section then the wax will miss some hair. Also, lather yourself in coconut oil or an oil of some sort if you don't want your skin coming off as well. I used this on my underarms without oil and it was painful to pull of, painful to even grab and edge, and tender after. The 5 bags equal 2 jars of the other wax containers. You also have to use a pretty thick layer so it requires a lot of wax for one session. One box of the 5 bags is good for a whole body wax and then you'll run out of wax.
