I have never written a review before, but I have to acknowledge the wonderful customer service of this company. The muzzle that I received was way too small for my dog. When I contacted BARKLESS, they answered promptly and offered to send another larger size in its place. They even said to keep the original muzzle to keep or to donate.

I have another muzzle from BARKLESS for my other dog. We are still training - the muzzle looks to be well made.

Not my favorite purchase but certainly one that works. It's easy to get this thing on my dog quickly, it's made of a soft material that is unlikely to rip and also unlikely to cause discomfort (though my dog never enjoys being muzzled!) I only ever use it in emergency situations, but it's been in good shape after 5 years of consistent use so I really can't complain.

Bought the larger size for my Rottweiler after trying the size 4. Size 5 is too big. I liked everything about both of them but it comes up to his eyes. I will have to return this one as well. NO fault of the seller.

This is our second soft cage muzzle for our 100 pound American Bulldog. He has a lot of anxiety, so when we take him to the vet or have new people over we use this. This one gives him more space to eat/drink and doesn't press up against his nose, or leave marks on his jaw as the others have.

i thought i bought the wrong size, i don't think so now since i got someone to adjust the stupid slide adjusters that are on everything, i'm sure they are good, i just can never get them to adjust right. i never know which way to move it.
so i contacted the company, they were hands down FANTASTIC they said they would help me if i sent a pic of mine on the dog, and send me a new one of the right size free, i'm still not done but i think mine fits good now, and i don't want to feel like i'm using the system. i will send them a pic to make sure it's right.
the only thing i don't like so far is the clip is right by my dogs ear, so using 2 hands to buckle it, kind of makes it hard to not get the dogs ear pinched in the buckle, (if you have a doberman or something with stand up ears there won't be a problem) at least i don't think so.
it is soft silicone so i'm not sure that is what everybody wants, if so this one seems fine and company has fantastic customer care.
