My 18 month old grandson loves it. I got the smallest set (50) of balls to go with it and that's plenty. For a total of less than $20 it's been a great buy.

My kids all ages 2,4, and 9 love this pit. I got it for my 2 year old for Christmas and it gets more use then any of their other toys they got.

The balls that are suggested don't hardly fill the thing at all.

The hoop doesn't really stand out. We have to hold it to toss the balls.
Plastic balls way too expensive 26.00 and need at least 5 bags to really work. Major expense.
I found bigger and better balls at Walmart for 10.00 a bag with more balls per bag.
